Chlorinated rubber refers to the oxidized product of natural rubber. A mixture of trichloride and tetrachloride with a chlorine content of 65%, the general structural formula is [C10H11Cl7]N. Chlorinated rubber has good compatibility with similar linear low-formaldehyde alkyd resins. Generally, alkyd resins containing more than 54% have better compatibility with chlorinated rubbers in aromatic petroleum greases.
Small particles of white light. Since the molecular structure does not contain double bonds and the chlorine atoms are randomly distributed, it has good weather resistance, ozone resistance, heat aging resistance, flame retardancy, chemical resistance and oil resistance.
HCPE can also be used as adhesives, paints, flame retardants and high-grade ink modifiers to improve adhesion, corrosion resistance, flame retardancy and abrasion resistance. Used as a raw material for paint, the main anti-corrosion effect is chloride ions, so when sanding in summer, when the sanding temperature exceeds 60°C, it is necessary to consider cooling down or prepare a separate solution to add to the finished product tank, because at 56°C, chloride ions are precipitated and the anti-corrosion performance of the paint is reduced, coated with heavy anti-corrosion coatings.
