In addition to possessing all the basic characteristics of PVC processing aids, foaming regulators also have higher molecular weight, higher melt strength, and can make the pore structure of the product more uniform and lower density than general processing aids. By increasing the pressure and torque of PVC melt, the cohesion and uniformity of PVC melt can be effectively enhanced, preventing the merging of bubbles and obtaining uniform foamed products.
1. ACR processing aids facilitate PVC melting, enhance surface smoothness, increase melt elasticity, and boost melt elongation and strength.
2. These aids effectively cover bubbles, preventing cell collapse. The foam regulator's molecular weight and dosage significantly affect foam sheet density: higher molecular weight increases PVC melt strength, allowing lower foam sheet density, and increased dosage has a similar effect. However, this relationship is not linear. Beyond a certain point, further increasing molecular weight or dosage has a minimal impact on density reduction, which tends to level off.

The product should be kept clean during transportation and handling, prevent sunshine, rain, high temperature and humidity, and avoid damage to packaging. It should be stored in a cool, dry, sunless warehouse with temperature below 40 C for two year. It can still be used after two year' performance test.
