Beyond the fundamental attributes of PVC processing aids, foaming regulators stand out due to their higher molecular weight and enhanced melt strength compared to standard processing aids. These qualities enable them to endow products with a more consistent cell structure and reduced density. They function by elevating both the pressure and torque within the PVC melt, thereby boosting the cohesiveness and uniformity of the PVC melt itself. This mechanism effectively inhibits bubble coalescence, leading to the production of evenly foamed items. Notably, Bontag's foaming regulators boast superior fluidity and melt strength in comparison to those offered by competing manufacturers.
To enhance the cohesion and uniformity of PVC melt, the pressure and torque are elevated, effectively preventing bubble formation and ensuring consistent foaming. Bontag's foaming regulator stands out among competitors due to its superior fluidity and enhanced melt strength.

25Kg/bag. The product shall be kept clean during transportation, loading and unloading to prevent exposure to the sun, rain, high temperature and humidity, and to avoid damage to the package. It shall be stored in a cool, dry warehouse without direct sunlight and at a temperature lower than 40ºC for two years. After two years, it can still be used after passing the performance inspection.
