Product application

CPE135AZ type compound is mainly used to modify ABS, and is used in rubber products with strong fluidity. It is made of high-density polyethylene and chlorine through the substitution reaction of free radicals. CPE-135AZ/C is a rubber type chlorinated polyethylene, which has good flame retardancy, heat resistance, impact resistance and weather resistance; Low residual crystallization, good processing flowability, improve flame retardancy and impact toughness of products. It is suitable for ABS products, flame retardant, soft PVC materials and foam materials. It has excellent processability and good mechanical properties at low temperature. It is a saturated thermoplastic elastic resin with irregular structure, low crystallization and good processing fluidity. It can be mixed with ABS, PC, PE, PP, PVC and is suitable for injection molding.

The product should be kept clean during transportation and handling, prevent sunshine, rain, high temperature and humidity, and avoid damage to packaging. It should be stored in a cool, dry, sunless warehouse with temperature below 40 C for two year. It can still be used    after two year' performance test.
