Products Features

1. ACR processing aids facilitate the melting of PVC, refine its surface finish, augment the melt's elasticity, and boost both elongation and strength.

2. They effectively envelope bubbles, preventing cell collapse, which is crucial for maintaining structural integrity. The molecular weight and dosage of foam regulators significantly influence foam sheet density: higher molecular weights increase PVC melt strength, allowing for lower foam sheet densities; similarly, increased regulator dosages yield the same effect. However, this relationship is not linear. Beyond certain points, further increases in molecular weight or dosage have a negligible impact on density reduction, causing it to level off.

3. Ultra-high molecular weights coupled with exceptionally strong melt strength bestow products with unparalleled low densities and uniform cellular structures, making them ideal for thick PVC foam boards.
