Chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) is a product of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) further chlorinated and modified, and its chlorine content is generally 65% ~ 72% (volume fraction). In addition to many excellent properties of PVC, CPVC has much better corrosion resistance, heat resistance, solubility, flame retardancy, mechanical strength, etc. than PVC. Therefore, CPVC is a new material with excellent performance and is widely used in construction, chemical industry, metallurgy, shipbuilding, electrical appliances, textiles and other fields, with a very broad application prospect.

Product application

CPVC has superior high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, flame retardancy, and rigidity, and is cost-effective compared to other thermoplastic plastics. Widely used in the manufacturing of various pipes, injection molded parts, plates, profiles, sheets, bars, etc.

Packaging and storage

20/25KG packaging, also customizable as needed.
During product transportation and loading and unloading, cleanliness should be maintained to prevent sun, rain, high temperature, and moisture, and to avoid damaging the packaging. It should be stored in a cool, dry, sun free warehouse with a temperature below 40 ºC for a storage period of two years. Two years later, after passing the performance test, it can still be used.
