Chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) is a polymer material produced by chlorination substitution reaction of high-density polyethylene (HDPE). According to different structures and applications, CPE can be divided into two categories: resin type chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) and elastic type chlorinated polyethylene (CM). CPE has good weather resistance, flame resistance, thermal stability, cold resistance, chemical resistance, ozone resistance, and electrical insulation, as well as good compatibility and processability. It can be mixed with PVC, PE, PS, and rubber to improve its physical properties

Product application

AXA CPE-135A  is  widely  used  in  toughening  and  modification  of  PVC  hard products, such as PVC door and window profiles, PVC pipes, PVC gusset plates, wood plastics and other fields.

Packaging and storage

25kg  /  package.  Keep  the  product  clean  during  transportation  and  loading  and unloading  to  prevent  sun,  rain,  high  temperature  and  humidity  and  damage  to  the package.  It shall  be stored  in a cool,  dry warehouse without  direct sunlight and  at a temperature lower than 40ºC for two years. After two years, it can still be used after passing the performance inspection.
