Introducing our remarkable PVC Impact Modifiers Resin, the Chlorinated Polyethylene CPE 135A-a groundbreaking innovation in the realm of rubber and PVC products. CPE-135A stands out as a thermoplastic elastomer crafted from chlorinated high-density polyethylene, boasting unparalleled elongation at break and exceptional toughness. This cutting-edge product is a saturated thermoplastic resin characterized by its unique irregular structure. When seamlessly blended with PVC and rubber, CPE-135A enhances the extrusion flow, providing smooth and efficient processing for a myriad of applications.
1. Excellent elongation at break and excellent powder fluidity;
2. Give PVC products good toughness;
3,Excellent hardness and tensile strength.
Because the CPE molecule does not contain double chains, it has good weather resistance, flame resistance, and thermal stability better than PVC, with low cost and excellent performance. Soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons and halogenated hydrocarbons, insoluble in aliphatic hydrocarbons, decomposes above 170°C and releases hydrogen chloride gas. It has a stable chemical structure, excellent aging resistance, flame resistance, cold resistance, weather resistance, free colorability, and It has chemical resistance, ozone resistance and electrical insulation as well as good compatibility and processability. It can be blended with PVC, PE, PS and rubber to improve its physical properties.
