Product Introduction

Product advantages

1. ACR processing aids can promote the melting of PVC, improve the surface finish, improve the elasticity of the melt, and enhance the elongation and strength of the melt.

The molecular weight and dosage of the foam regulator have a great influence on the density of the foam sheet: with the increase of the molecular weight, the melt strength of PVC increases, and the density of the foam sheet can be made lower, and the increase of the dosage of the regulator have the same effect. But this effect does not have a linear relationship. Continue to increase the molecular weight or increase the dosage, the effect on reducing the density is not very obvious, and the density will tend to be constant.
3. Ultra-high molecular weight and super-strong melt strength endow products with lower density and uniform cell structure, especially suitable for PVC foamed thick board products.
4. Give the product a uniform cell structure, high molecular weight and high melt strength, lower product density, and excellent processing performance.
5. Good plasticizing ability, excellent melt fluidity, and good compatibility with PVC products, making the product more stable in size.

Packaging and storage

25Kg/bag. The product shall be kept clean during transportation, loading and unloading to prevent exposure to the sun, rain, high temperature and humidity, and to avoid damage to the package. It shall be stored in a cool, dry warehouse without direct sunlight and at a temperature lower than 40oC for two years. After two years, it can still be used after passing the performance inspection.
