Product Description
CPVC is a new type of engineering plastic with broad application prospects, which is produced by the chlorination modification of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin.
Advantages
1.Good Heat Resistance: Its Vicat softening temperature is 13 - 43°C higher than that of PVC. The maximum service temperature can reach 110°C, and the long-term service temperature is 95°C.
2. Excellent Mechanical Properties: Its tensile strength and flexural strength are higher than those of PVC, enabling it to withstand greater pressure and load.
3.Strong Corrosion Resistance: It has good resistance to most common strong acids, strong alkalis and corrosive solvents.
4.Good Flame Retardancy: It is self-extinguishing and will automatically extinguish after leaving the fire source, making it difficult to burn.
5.Good Electrical Insulation: It can effectively prevent current leakage and ensure the safe operation of the power system.
