In addition to possessing all the basic characteristics of PVC processing aids, foaming regulators also have higher molecular weight, higher melt strength, and can make the pore structure of the product more uniform and lower density than general processing aids. By increasing the pressure and torque of PVC melt, the cohesion and uniformity of PVC melt can be effectively enhanced, preventing the merging of bubbles and obtaining uniform foamed products.
ACR processing aids promote PVC melting, enhance surface finish, melt elasticity, and melt elongation & strength.
Benefits include covering bubbles and preventing cell collapse. Foam regulator's molecular weight and dosage affect foam sheet density. Higher molecular weight or dosage increases PVC melt strength, reducing density, but not linearly. Excessive increase has little effect on density reduction.

The product should be kept clean during transportation and handling, prevent sunshine, rain, high temperature and humidity, and avoid damage to packaging. It should be stored in a cool, dry, sunless warehouse with temperature below 40 C for two year. It can still be used after two year' performance test.
