Highly chlorinated polyethylene is a high molecular polymer with excellent comprehensive properties, soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons, esters, ethylene glycol, etc., and has good compatibility with all inorganic pigments. It has excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, oil resistance and chemical resistance.

Product application

Used instead of chlorinated rubber to make adhesives. It can also be used as a modifier for adhesives, high-grade inks and other products, which can improve adhesion, corrosion resistance, flame retardancy, and wear-resistant parts. Store in a cool, ventilated and dry warehouse, away from moisture.
1, HCPE-H(high viscosity) is mainly used for anti-corrosion coatings and fire-resistant coatings as a substitute resin for,2,chlorosulfonated polyethylene.
2, HCPE-M (medium viscosity)  can be used as a special resin for steel anti-corrosion coatings and surface coatings for buried pipelines.
3, HCPE-L (low viscosity), due to its low viscosity, can be compatible with acrylic resin and alkyd resin, and can be used as a special resin for anti-corrosion coatings, container coatings, road marking paints, and surface coatings for buried pipelines.

Packaging and storage

Keep  the  product  clean  during  transportation  and  loading and unloading  to  prevent  sun,  rain,  high temperature  and humidity  and  damage  to  the package.  It shall  be stored in a cool,  dry warehouse without direct sunlight and  at a temperature lower than 40ºC for two years. After two years, it can still be used after passing the performance inspection.
